 Setup – (Friday evening) 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm – (Saturday morning) 7:00 am – 9:00 am.  SATURDAY MORNING ALL VEHICLES MUST BE UNLOADED AND MOVED TO THE PARKING LOTS BY 9:00AM. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE PAVED MIDWAY BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 3:30PM. There is no exception except for handicapped vehicles and crafter trailers to a designated parking area near the exhibit building. Motor homes must be moved to the parking lots. If you arrive after we open to the public at 9:30am you will not be able to setup until the next day. Crafter can sell no food product unless approved by the committee. Crafter must provide their own tables, chairs, table covering, extension cords and other miscellaneous items necessary for their display. Limited number of tables are rented.
