          All items for sale must be handmade by the exhibitor renting the space. Anyone offering commercially or franchised items for sale will be dismissed from the show and fee forfeited. Judgment of the Craft Fair Committee is final.                                          

          Setup – (Friday evening) 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm – (Saturday morning) 7:00 am – 9:00 am.  SATURDAY MORNING ALL VEHICLES MUST BE UNLOADED AND MOVED TO THE PARKING LOTS BY 9:00AM. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE PAVED MIDWAY BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 3:30PM. There is no exception except for handicapped vehicles and crafter trailers to a designated parking area near the exhibit building. Motor homes must be moved to the parking lots. If you arrive after we open to the public at 9:30am you will not be able to setup until the next day. Crafter can sell no food product unless approved by the committee. Crafter must provide their own tables, chairs, table covering, extension cords and other miscellaneous items necessary for their display. Limited number of tables are rented.

I will not hold the Anne Arundel County Fair Inc. responsible for personal injury, damage or theft to my property. Nor will I be a party in any legal action against the Anne Arundel County Fair Inc. for any reason rising out of this craft show. The Fair reserves the right to deny access to anyone who presents any articles for sale deemed by the Committee to be detrimental to the general safety, security and moral welfare to the public and community.
