Registration by mail only. POSTMARKED BY April 18th and received by April 20th of the current year. Send $2.00 entry fee (non refundable after April 15th).

Please include child's name, age, boy or girl and date of birth. Entry form must include parent's name, address and phone number. Family must resdie in Anne Arundel County.
CONFIRMATION LETTER will be sent in the self addressed stampled envelope.

Judging is abased on appearance and personality. Each age group is limited to the first 25 children entered by April 18th of the current year. Prizes and ribbons awarded in each age group.
