SETUP - (Friday evening) 6:00pm - 9:00pm ONLY- (Saturday morning) 7:00am - 9:00am - (Sunday)
gates open at 8:00am. SATURDAY MORNING ALL MORNING ALL VEHICLES MUST BE UNLOADED
AND MOVED TO THE PARKING LOTS BY 9:00AM. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE PAVED
MIDWAY (WALKWAY/SIDEWALK) BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 5:00PM. All canopies must meet the
NFPA 701 Fire Code requirements - No pets or exotic animals permitted. If you arrive after we open to
the public at 9:30am, you WILL NOT be able to setup until the next day. Crafter's can sell no product unless
approved by the committee. Crafter's must provide their own tables, chairs, table covering, extension cords
and other misc. items necessary for their display. Limited number of table are rented. Bring your own chair.
